– The DAB in question has only two entries. This proposal would make the subject, a minister who reformed the Prussian army in the early 19th century, primary topic, per WP:TWODABS. To the extent that Job von Witzleben (historian) is notable at all, it is as the nephew of anti-Hitler conspirator Erwin von Witzleben. Googling "Job von Witzleben" -wikipedia brings up mostly results related to the Prussian minister, nothing about the "historian". See also Talk:Job_von_Witzleben_(historian)#Requested_move. Relisted.
