Missouri vs. California[edit]

see diff. It seems implausible (and in many cases also would be illegal) for a municipal California police department to be patrolling in Missouri. But I don't think it's a notable department so shouldn't be a redlink either. how do we prevent this from happening again? is HTML comment the only option? --Jeremyb (talk) 06:38, 26 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Unsourced, non-notable claim removed[edit]

Under the heading "Evidence", the second sentence states "In an episode of his podcast 'Death Is Just Around the Corner,' Michael S. Judge claims that he was watching a live stream of the scene as it unfolded and that he saw the police plant a gun on Martin." Neither Michael Judge nor his podcast meet WP:N, and the link to the source is dead, so I have removed this claim. Bricology (talk) 01:22, 12 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
