Inclusion criteria - Recurring characters

It seems like many character list articles commonly have inclusion criteria, like having it be a requirement that characters appear more than once, to keep out minor/insignificant/excessive details from the list. With my clean up of the article, I'm imposing this. I'm removing any characters that only appear once, or have insignificant cameos. As it was before I started this clean up project, the article was bogged down too much by excessive details and comments on every little character. Sergecross73 msg me 14:58, 11 April 2012 (UTC)

Second note: If you absolutely think a character that only occurs once, or his a minor cameo, needs a mention, it can be worked into the respective game article, or animated series article. Sergecross73 msg me 17:45, 11 April 2012 (UTC)
