not all NRHP i hope[edit]

User:MB, thanks for revising here and making this no longer an orphan by your linking from Pen (enclosure) article. As with numerous other lists, such as lists of works by a given architect, I would hope, though, that the list started with multiple NRHP-listed items only, would grow to include non-NRHP-listed examples too. So I prefer to have the repetitive phrase "NRHP-listed" attached to items, allowing for those additions. Just now I tried adding the most famous corral in the U.S. or the world, the O.K. Corral, which I think is fair to say is not NRHP-listed because I think (am not sure) it no longer exists. The linked article O.K. Corral (building) is, I think, about the building 7 blocks or 7 addresses or whatever away from the original corral. And one or both _locations_ are included in the NRHP-listed Tombstone Historic District. I fixed that article just now to indicate it is a contributing property not individually listed. MB, do you perhaps concur now that this is not just a list of NRHP-listed ones? If not, or otherwise, do you know of any non-NRHP-listed ones that could be added? From the U.S. or elsewhere. I'm not sure if the "Historic photo of goat corral, Oja del Agua, Province Tucuman, Argentina, 1926" mentioned is significant enough to mention in the list. Either way, though I am hoping to spin this differently, I do appreciate your related editing. Do let's chat here. --Doncram (talk) 04:15, 9 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Doncram, I didn't mean to restrict the list to NRHP only, I was just cleaning up the repetition that was there. Now that you have added a non-NRHP one, I would suggest using separate headings like below. I find the repetition of NRHP-listed distracting to the point that I might ignore it and miss the one where it was missing.
I don't know of any other notable corrals, I was not working on "corrals", I got here by going through the list of NRHP orphan articles. MB 04:44, 9 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Doncram, I just remembered I wrote Poundmaster 4-5 years ago. It links to some notable/historic animal pounds used to corral stray livestock. Take a look. MB 04:54, 9 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
