[edit]I was brought to this page from the Wikipedia:WikiProject Stub sorting project, after the article had been automatically tagged as an uncategorised stub and appeared in the category listing, and I couldn't think what to do with it ... until I looked at the edit history and followed link to Wikipedia_talk:Overcategorization#Categories_by_association, so have added a commment in the article and this comment here to help anyone else who drops by!
