shouting while iwas in sleepping.....[edit]

with due respect that myself is CHNADRA SEKHARA SETHY, nativity of PURI District, ORISSA,Pin-752002,(INDIA)and iam an Assistant Engineer Of ORISSA STATE GOVERNMENT. my problrm is that when iam sleeping and  unconsciously if iam keeping my palm over my chest i shout fearly and wake-up from my bed immediately and fearing each and every material  near by me .also i am facing  shame due to this type of activities .Also those persons who are sleeping near by me they afraid of me due to my  bad shout .Due to this fear problem i need to sleep with a person . this fear is comming since from my childhood. i need your help to recovery from this deaseas. 
      Hope you will reply me  soon and co-operate with me .
