400 movies by 1986?[edit]

In her 1986 BBC interview (link also in the refs) Rekha claims to have worked in 400 movies between her childhood and 1986 (at time marks 3:59 and 5:19). Is there anything at all to corroborate this? The count here is ~130 by the end of 1986, but it's hard to believe she could have erred (or toyed with the BBC) so blatantly, as this goes far beyond padding to get to a nice round number. Could she perhaps have included all the films in which she had uncredited appearances, like as a child extra in the background? Yes, of course, that's why I was asking if this seems credible based on what people who know much more about her than I do have seen, to gauge if further research makes sense. ~270 movies with no evidence seems more than weird, but I'm reluctant to treat this as trolling by her. I don't think so, honestly. I do understand that many films do not have any trace left of their existence and there must be existing films which we don't have any evidence of, but I personally wouldn't mention what can't be proven in any other way than an actor's own words. OK, I guess I'll come back to this if I ever find more evidence. I have zero chance finding anything in South Indian languages though, so if any knowers of Telugu or Tamil could keep an eye out too, that would be most appreciated!
