- IN 2006 liz nicholls tookover the school after 12 Outstanding years under MR J Lailey who will be greatly missied. - - After many complaints the school (a high preformer , top 10% in the country) is said to have plundged into a great saidness and unhappiness(due to the lack of will from the new headmistress....the great efforts parents have gone to get there children in to Ripley has just become harder....this is believed to bw down to the headmistress...comments a mother, a former pupil of the school and who currently has one pupil in Yr8), exam results not at there best as of 2007 and no general signs of enjoyment in school.....one pupil comments"the atmosphere different here now.....there been to much change...not how we wanted it ... its seems sad really for such a great school....".

It is also possible to compose your contribution in a word processor (try OpenOffice) and spellcheck before cutting and pasting into the wikipedia editing box.

Copied text[edit]

I have deleted material copied verbatim from the school prospectus, the school webpage and a local newspaper article. Much of what is left copied from the school's History page, and needs rephrasing, preferably using an independent source. Kanguole (talk) 23:56, 4 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
