The result was: promoted by Kingsif (talk) 21:11, 26 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Improved to Good Article status by Kyle Peake (talk). Self-nominated at 10:06, 15 April 2021 (UTC).[reply]

General: Article is new enough and long enough
Policy: Article is sourced, neutral, and free of copyright problems
Hook: Hook has been verified by provided inline citation
QPQ: Done.

Overall: Nice work on the GA. Both hooks are fine (really the same hook just structured differently), I like the first one a little more because it mentions the article of interest earlier in the sentence. Good to go. DanCherek (talk) 05:06, 22 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

DanCherek Thanks for checking this off, I know the only difference was structure but I did that on purpose to see which the reviewer thought flowed better. --K. Peake 06:23, 24 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@Kyle Peake: Yep, makes sense! To expand a little more, I think that if I saw ALT1 on the main page, I'd be a little more likely to click on We Were Once a Fairytale; whereas with the original I'd be more likely to click on your nominated article just because of the order in which they appear, which is why I have a slight preference for the first one. Congrats to all the recent editors[edit]

Hello! I opposed the nomination for deletion back in 2019, and I'm very pleased to see all the contributions the editors have made to this article, and for bringing it to GA status. The article looks great and I look forward to returning to it in the future! TheKingLives (talk) 03:51, 3 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

TheKingLives Sorry for the late comment, I kept on forgetting to mention you in response to this message due to being busy with my job and varying Wiki ventures. It is an honour to have expanded this article and brought it to GA-class; I would have opposed the AFD back then too if I'd know about it, but wasn't checking enough to notice sadly – result could've been keep if there was more votes! --K.
