This page List_of_sovereign_states_in_Europe_by_number_of_Internet_users claims a penetration rate of over 100%, 30,700 users. Far higher than the 2005 figures and by far the highest in Europe, if not the world.--37.183.47.241 (talk) 01:22, 30 December 2013 (UTC)
