Article title and scope[edit]

I didn't get the parenthesis disambiguator. According to BBC (and even this article itself), it's not restricted to the U.S., and there are no articles with similar title for justifying the disambiguator... And is the definite article necessary? RodRabelo7 (talk) 23:16, 15 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
