comment[edit]

The infobox states that the opening was August 20 of 2000. My brother's birthdate is August 9th, and I remember that it was open that weekend in 2000. Perhaps August 20th was the grand opening date, but it was open before that? Killiondude (talk) 09:28, 3 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Some things to clean up.[edit]

I think this article is in violation of WP:NOTDIR. See WP:ANC for more info specific about directories of stores in mall articles. Another thing that is slightly odd about this page, is that the inline citations are given in the section title. This is totally out of place. It is sort of an eye sore to see a huge inline citation next to a title. Lastly, I think the writing can be edited a little bit for better flow. Short, stubby sentences can be combined to make it easier to read. It provides good info, just needs some copy-editing down. Other than those few items, I'm liking the article. The references are nice. They could be updated a little bit (most were last accessed in 2006). It could potentially be a really good article. Once the problems I've listed have been solved, it can easily be a B-Class article. Killiondude (talk) 07:39, 13 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Controversy section[edit]

I'd like some permission to delete the "Controversy" section about the priest being arrested for tresspassing because he was preaching the Gospel; the only source of such an event occurring is World News Daily, which has a reputation of being... shall we say, less than truthful. Even if there were other sources of such an event occurring, I'd still recommend the deletion of the section, as similar events happen in malls all over the country if not the world. --MicahBrwn (talk) 23:36, 3 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

A different link The arrest directly led to the conversation rule. Lots42 (talk) 08:20, 19 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
I was just talking to Rosiestep about this issue yesterday. I concur with Micahbrwn. Personally, I am HUGE on consensus. I've added the rewrite template to the section, because at best its poorly written. If, after a month hence the section has not been heavily edited, and/or there has not been significant discussion on the matter I'm going to delete it. Westfield Content Change Request[edit]

Hello. My name is Erik Even, and I am a Web Producer for Westfield Corporation. We're concerned that many of the Wikipedia pages for Westfield centers have incorrect or outdated information, and even content that is not NPOV.

I have read the rules for Conflict of Interest, and I will not be attempting to make any page edits. I will simply be going into talk pages, and suggesting edits, which the community may then either act on or not. I genuinely appreciate any help you can give.

Our suggested text is below, which is meant to be the first paragraph.

Again, thank you for your help.

What happened to the store sizes?[edit]

The store sizes were here. What happened to them? I thought it was useful information. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 136.245.5.89 (talk) 22:20, 17 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
