Thanks for setting this up except maybe put the items in alphabetical order and also i think my "psychological manipulation" article deserves to go in as a form of abuse - it could just be referenced as "manipulation".

It is beyond me why the original template was deleted - maybe there is a chance of getting it back again subject to a new discussion. --Penbat (talk) 18:04, 23 October 2009 (UTC)

I put them in close to the order they were listed in on the page Abuse. It makes sense, because that is what people most commonly view as "abuse." As for deletion, a template with this title was previously deleted, but that is just the title, and it does not automatically mean that this is identical to that. Yes the old one was quite a lot different - it went down the right hand side of the page. It would have been nice if it were kept though. Er why not list items alphabetically in Abuse?--Penbat (talk) 08:55, 25 October 2009 (UTC)
