Toghroljerd District (Persian: بخش طغرل الجرد) is in Kuhbanan County, Kerman province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Kian Shahr.[3]

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 9,930 in 2,471 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 6,229 people in 1,690 households.[5] At the latest census in 2016, the district had 5,893 inhabitants in 1,644 households.[2]
