Personal life[edit]

I was born on 29 June 2001, in Taber, Alberta and lived in Hays until I was four where I moved to the small town of Bow Island. As a child, I grew up a Mennonite. I am attending Mount Royal University and plan on graduating in Broadcast Media Studies.

I am predominantly of German, Scottish, French and Russian and First Nation heritages.

I consider William Wallace, Robert the Bruce, Michael Collins, Fidel Castro, Augusto César Sandino, Lula da Silva, John McCrae, Owain Glyndŵr, Terry Fox, Otto von Bismarck, Hugo Chavez, Pope John Paul II, Francis Xavier, Simón Bolívar and Yuri Gagarin heroes of mine.

I became a Catholic as of 8 April 2023. Rest in peace Carson (29 June 2004 – 8 May 2023).

Travel[edit]

I want to travel the world as much as I can in my life. The only countries outside of Canada that I have been to is the United States and Mexico. The countries that I want to visit the most at the moment are Azerbaijan, South Korea, Brazil, Japan, Scotland, Poland, Vietnam, Russia, Malaysia, Philippines, Peru, Mongolia, Turkey and Thailand. Right now, I have plans to move out of Canada to another country, most notably the United States (looking at Arizona, Colorado, Utah, Texas, or California) or Asia (particularly South Korea, Malaysia or Japan). If I don't move out of the country, I plan on for sure moving out of Alberta to either British Columbia, Ontario or Quebec.

Some notable places of interest I want to visit: Columbia, Bodie, Dawson City, Dodge City, Tombstone, Arizona, Alice Springs, Saint Petersburg, Mexico City, Grand Canyon, Sao Paulo, Berlin, Moscow, Singapore, Cape Town, Kilimanjaro and Hawaii.

My favorite city in Canada is Victoria, British Columbia and my favorite city that I have been to outside of Canada is easily San Diego. My favorite country in the world is easily Mexico because of the people, the culture, the nature, the history, and the amazing diversity of the country.

Interests[edit]

I am a sports fan, my favorite sport being football. I support the Edmonton Oilers of the National Hockey League, Bayern Munich of the Bundesliga, San Francisco 49ers of the National Football League, San Francisco Giants of Major League Baseball, Celtic F.C. of the Scottish Premiership and the Toronto Raptors of the National Basketball Association. I also cheer for the Boise State Broncos and Penn State Nittany Lions for college football and basketball.

I am also very interested in weather. As a child, I had a dream of being a meteorologist or a storm chaser. My favorite weather phenomena is easily tornadoes and hurricanes. I love rain and I love thunderstorms which unfortunately where I live, we don't get a whole lot of.

I am a huge fan of Westerns (whether it is plays or movies). My favorite TV show is Corner Gas.

My favorite painting is The Architect's Dream. My favorite architectural styles are Gothic and Antebellum.

My favorite athletes are: Sergei Fedorov, Alexander Ovechkin, Jarome Iginla, Steve Nash, Kobe Bryant, Shaquille O'Neal, Greg Maddux, Tom Glavine, Steve Young, and Peyton Manning.

Some other notable people that I follow include: James May, Jeremy Clarkson, Doug DeMuro, Richard Hammond, George Carlin, Pittsburgh Dad and Don Rickles.

I love listening to music as well. I am a huge fan of the bands: Avril Lavigne, Linkin Park, the Eagles, Pink, Green Day and Kanye West. Some songs that I love are: "Mr. Blue Sky", "Smooth", "Layla", "Every Rose Has Its Thorn", "Can't Fight the Moonlight", "Fast Car". My all time favorite songs are "Feel Good Inc." (2005) by the Gorillaz, "Stronger" (2007) by Kanye West, "Team" (2013) by Lorde, "So What" (2008) by Pink, "Empire State of Mind" (2009) by Jay-Z and Alicia Keys, "Tonight, Tonight" (1996) by The Smashing Pumpkins, "Sister Golden Hair" (1975) by America, "Breathe" (1999) by Faith Hill and "Let Me Go" (2013) by Avril Lavigne.

Politics[edit]

I am also interested in politics, some politicians I have particular interest in are Vladimir Lenin, Joseph Stalin, Hugo Chavez, and Mao Zedong. Some politicians that I have an admiration for include Nelson Mandela, Theodore Roosevelt, Moon Jae-in, Jack Layton, Josip Broz Tito, Jagmeet Singh, Giorgia Meloni, Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, Thomas Sankara, Rachel Notley and Lester Pearson. Politically, I have some liberal beliefs and I have some conservative beliefs. However, I would consider myself a social democrat. I support the New Democratic Party federally and support the Alberta New Democratic Party provincially. I am a Canadian nationalist, and anti-imperialist. Some other politicians I find interesting are Vladimir Putin, Giorgia Meloni, and Xi Jinping. As a Canadian, I believe that we should cooperate more with Asia, particularly countries like China, Japan, South Korea, Philippines, and Malaysia. I am also a Pan-American supporter. I think the less we rely on Europe for trade (particularly the UK, France and Germany), the better. For Scottish politics, I support the Scottish National Party and I am in favor of Scottish independence. I also support the Plaid Cymru of Wales and support the movement for Irish reunification. I also support the idea of Pan-Celticism. I support anyone that has opposed English imperialism and have somewhat of an Anti-English sentiment. I am also strongly Anti-American and Anti-Zionist, a hardline opponent to the European Union and NATO, and also hold Anti-Western sentiment. I also despise the governments of France and Germany. I have a particular irrational hatred for Sweden. I am a Pro-Russian advocate.
