About me[edit]
I have been using Wikipedia for about 15 years now. Several years ago, I decided to set up an account to help with edits, photography, and additions to the Wikipedia and Wikimedia websites.
I am a professional music producer and engineer focusing on the various sub-genres within the electronic dance music genre known as "EDM." I'm also a singer/songwriter, writing and performing music in the pop, folk, and rock genres. I play both electric and acoustic guitar and currently use a Gibson Les Paul Standard and a Martin D-28 PSA.
Besides being a musician, I am also a street and wildlife photographer, and produce and direct videos for several YouTube clients' channels. I got my first camera, a Kodak 110 format point-and-shoot camera in 1989, nearly 30 years ago and eventually upgraded to pro-level Canon and Panasonic cameras. In 2013, I officially made the switch to the Fujifilm X-series (APS-C format) camera line for my street photography work, and the Panasonic Lumix (Micro Four Thirds format) camera line for my videography work. My work has appeared in publications and displays throughout the United States.
What others say about me: Friends and coworkers have described me as a polymath because of my extensive knowledge in fields ranging from construction, to automotive, real estate, nursing, web design, business management, photography and videography, the military, and so forth. When asked to perform a task I know little about, I spend time learning what I need to know and I do my best to accomplish it. I really enjoy learning new things which leads me into new fields of study I find interesting.
I enjoy talking with others who share similar interests, and I enjoy learning about other people's interests as well. If you have a question on something I may be knowledgeable about, please feel free to ask me. If I don't have an answer for you, I will try to find one.
