This is too close to the area you have been banned from. I'm afraid you currently do not intend to edit about any topics that are unrelated to Indian castes.

Regarding your question, please have a look at WP:Topic ban. The page contains an example ("weather") that might help to understand the situation.

Your unblock appeal in the blue box above can be copied to WP:AN on your behalf, if you want to. However, it currently does not look like an appeal to the community: It is full of questions. I recommend asking any open questions here before making the appeal. There is a guide to appealing blocks that might be helpful.

After having a quick view of the guideline.I got to know that I did some mistakes like not discussing with other users and coming at a conclusive point as I was advised to do.Rest is OK. Also I would like to clarify about ur doubts of ,my intention to edit only a specific category of pages. The world is huge; there are probably many interesting topics that have nothing to do with South Asian social groups.
