June 2012[edit]

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to make constructive contributions to Wikipedia, but at least one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to Stanford University, did not appear to be constructive and has been automatically reverted (undone) by an automated computer program called ClueBot NG.

  • Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Note that human editors do monitor recent changes to Wikipedia articles, and administrators have the ability to block users from editing if they repeatedly engage in vandalism.
  • ClueBot NG makes very few mistakes, but it does happen. If you believe the change you made should not have been considered as unconstructive, please read about it, report it here, remove this warning from your talk page, and then make the edit again.
  • If you need help, please see our help pages, and if you can't find what you are looking for there, please feel free to place "{{helpme}}" on your talk page and someone will drop by to help.
  • The following is the log entry regarding this warning: Stanford University was changed by Jlav78 (u) (t) ANN scored at 0.879507 on 2012-06-02T11:52:52+00:00 . Thank you. ClueBot NG (talk) 11:53, 2 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Comment Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! Please don't take the above warning personally. It was made by a bot (an automatic program) and I personally don't believe your edit was especially "unconstructive" (I don't know how it attracted the attention of the bot). It did need to be reverted, but simply because the information you added is already included elsewhere in the article. This edit to Yahoo! was a little out of line, because it expresses your personal opinion - that's a no-no in an encyclopedia. But I can see your heart is in the right place. Please do stick around and keep making edits that make Wikipedia more helpful and informative. You can find a lot of information about how this place works at WP:WELCOME, or you can ask me if you have any questions, by clicking on the word "talk" after my signature. --MelanieN (talk) 14:46, 2 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed deletion of Aquopolis[edit]

The article Aquopolis has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

The coverage (references, external links, etc.) does not seem sufficient to justify this article passing Wikipedia:General notability guideline and the more detailed Wikipedia:Notability (companies) requirement. If you disagree and deprod this, please explain how it meets them on the talk page here in the form of "This article meets criteria A and B because..." and ping me back through WP:ECHO or by leaving a note at User talk:Piotrus. Thank you.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
