Mayor of the Alice Springs Town Council moved to draftspace[edit]

Article relies on primary sources (ie. the council web site) and it needs references from newspapers, etc. such as here, here, here and here. There are also some NT News articles that I found but it is a paid source which makes them harder to use. Plus there are some articles to support previous mayors here, here and [1]
