Image:Piccy005356.JPG listed for deletion[edit]

An image or media file that you uploaded or altered, Image:Piccy005356.JPG, has been listed at Wikipedia:Images and media for deletion. Please look there to see why this is (you may have to search for the title of the image to find its entry), if you are interested in it not being deleted. Thank you. Nv8200p talk 17:04, 24 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The focus is a secondary reason. The primary reason I nominated the image for deletion is that the image is not linked to any article. Orphan images are routinely deleted as Wikipedia is not an image hosting service by policy. Please place the image in an appropriate article and I will be happy to withdraw the nomination. -Regards Nv8200p talk 23:34, 24 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I'm deleting Image:Piccy005356.JPG because it is a duplicate of Image:Kl 0005356.jpg on the Commons. -Nv8200p talk 02:03, 28 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I changed the Speleothem#Gallery to link to the image Image:Kl 0005356.jpg on the Commons as part of the deletion process for Image:Piccy005356.JPG, so the article looks the same. -Nv8200p talk 00:28, 1 March 2007 (UTC) Oops. Scratch that. The page was already linked to Image:Kl 0005356.jpg so the page was not changed or affected. -Regards Nv8200p talk 00:36, 1 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
LarryThanks for that - I was not able to figure out how to delete it when I first uploaded it. Klynchk 10:52, 3 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Moonshell notability[edit]

  • Reinstated Moonshell notability tag. This is not an edit war. 13 days later, nothing's been done to establish notability. Please read WP:N#Notability_is_not_subjective. This article is not under threat of deletion anytime soon. The notability tag is primarily URGENT ADVICE for IMPROVING the article, and yes, it's a bit of a spine-tingler. I have no opinion for or against the subject of the article. --Lexein 01:36, 7 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
  • Welcome back. Trouble is, I can't find any books or printed magazines, or gaming or multimedia websites which aren't blogs writing something beefy about Moonshell. I found two websites which have sort-of half-done real reviews. --Lexein 19:28, 15 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
  • I've replied to your q in Talk:Moonshell - in future, poke me at my Talk page. Sorry for the delay. --Lexein 22:41, 25 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
