December 2014[edit]

Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia. We welcome and appreciate your contributions, including your edits to Monty Hall problem, but we cannot accept original research. Original research refers to material—such as facts, allegations, and ideas—for which no reliable, published sources exist; it also encompasses combining published sources in a way to imply something that none of them explicitly say. Please be prepared to cite a reliable source for all of your contributions. Thank you. McGeddon (talk) 17:31, 23 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Hey why do you censure me ?Luc.patry (talk) 05:43, 31 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
The message was a standard warning message to advise users of the prohibition against original research. It is a tool for you to grow as an editor more than a statement of disapproval.
Obviously, if an editor were to persist in making inappropriate edits and not pay heed to warnings they receive, it would become necessary to sanction the editor, usually by blocking their account and restricting them from editing some or all of the project's pages. —C.Fred (talk) 15:32, 10 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Your submission at Articles for creation: Luc.patry@gmail.com (February 10)[edit]

Your recent article submission has been rejected. If you have further questions, you can ask at the Articles for creation help desk or use Wikipedia's real-time chat help. The reason left by C.Fred was: This topic is not sufficiently notable for inclusion in Wikipedia. The comment the reviewer left was: No evidence that the subject of the article is in any way significant or encyclopedic. The only source cited is an undescribed YouTube video.

Welcome![edit]

Hello, Luc.patry, and welcome to Wikipedia! I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one or more of the pages you created may not conform to some of Wikipedia's content policies and may not be retained. In short, the topic of an article must be notable and have already been the subject of publication by reliable and independent sources.

Please review Your first article for an overview of the article creation process. The Article Wizard is available to help you create an article, where it will be reviewed and considered for publication. For information on how to request a new article that can be created by someone else, see Requested articles. If you are stuck, come to the Teahouse, where experienced Wikipedians can help you through the processes.
