Speedy deletion nomination of SouthWest Energy[edit]

Once an account is compromised, it can never be unblocked - we have no way of telling whether the person saying "This account is no more a Compromised account, I have changed the password, its totally under my control now" is the original owner or the hacker. To prevent any further waste of time, I have revoked your ability to edit this talk page - the next reviewing admin is free to reinstate it if they see fit, or you can contact WP:UTRS if there is anything more you want to say. Proposed deletion of File:Muhammadshahzad.jpg[edit]

The file File:Muhammadshahzad.jpg has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Unused personal photo. Out of scope.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated files}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the file's talk page.

Please consider addressing the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated files}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist.
