P.S. New discussion threads for you will appear at the bottom of this page.

This is an automated message from MadmanBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Mark Tufo, and it appears to include material copied directly from http://www.amazon.com/Mark-Tufo/e/B002I7PJ68.

It is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article. The article will be reviewed to determine if there are any copyright issues.

If substantial content is duplicated and it is not public domain or available under a compatible license, it will be deleted. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material. You may use such publications as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. See our copyright policy for further details. (If you own the copyright to the previously published content and wish to donate it, see Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials for the procedure.) Speedy deletion nomination of Mark Tufo[edit]

Hello Nowhereman12,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Mark Tufo for deletion, because it seems to be copied from another source.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to rewrite it in your own words, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Ging287 (talk) 00:51, 7 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion nomination of Mark Tufo[edit]

Hello Nowhereman12,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Mark Tufo for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly say why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Ging287 (talk) 02:01, 7 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

I do have multiple accounts, Beedo219 is not one of them. The other account that I have is Random0153 but have only preformed edits using this one (nowhereman12), the other account I was using (random0153) was just to make sure that it looked correct while using a different browser, I guess I need to add that this is also not a sock puppet of Mark Tufo, seriously, how many accounts do you think I have and how quickly do you think I travel around the states to get all these different IP addresses

Decline reason:

It seems likely that the various accounts are not actually run by one person, but that they have all been set up to support one editor's attempts at self-promotion, in response to off-wiki canvassing. Unfortunately, recruiting other editors to support oneself in this way, known as meatpuppetry, is against Wikipedia policy, and is treated in exactly the same way as sockpuppetry. Quite simply, inviting other people to create a lot of accounts to stack up support for one's own attempts to prevent deletion of an article you created is no better than creating a lot of accounts to do it oneself. You are welcome to make another request for an unblock if you intend to move on and make contributions to the encyclopaedia in other areas. (Incidentally, it is not true that you "have only preformed [sic] edits using this one [account]", as you have made four edits using the account Random0153.) If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

There are a large number of accounts that have popped up to edit/create the Tufo article. Assuming for the moment that only two of the accounts are yours, what is your interest in Tufo?--Bbb23 (talk) 02:03, 9 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

I like his books. plain and simple. I created the first page but it did not have enough info on it so it was set for speedy deletion, I created another with even more information on it, and again it was deleted. I posted on his facebook page the article that I wrote and someone else (I assume Beedo219) added a lot more to it/cleaned it up and reposted it. after he posted it I seen the new article and that it was not set for speedy deletion, the reference section at the bottom had the original one that I had wrote and also the better one that was done correctly, so i removed mine. We are definitely not the same person, I have done my best to make the original article, which greatly resembles the current one, as unbiased and factual as possible. I only wanted to add an impartial article. Mark Tufo is imho notable enough to have a Wikipedia article.---Nowhereman12
