50 Cent[edit]

We're trying to keep the size of the feud section down, please keep that in mind. Tayquan hollaMy work 00:10, 19 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

References[edit]

When you add info to an article try to just use the same format that is used in the article. I know it can be confusing cuz there's so many different one, but juts look at the format in the article and use that one. Tayquan holla My work 22:36, 26 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Infoboxes[edit]

When adding labels on infoboxes, you don't need to put on the dates the artist was active (see Template:Infobox musical artist). And you can't add extra fields like "Management". You can only use what's available in the template. If you think extra fields should be available, you can discuss it on the template's talk page. Spellcast 16:21, 28 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I noticed you added Violator management and Sha Money Management to the infobox again. I removed them because they are not record labels. Spellcast 23:23, 5 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Little context in Chozen 1Z[edit]

Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Chozen 1Z, by Jaranda (talk · contribs), another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Chozen 1Z is very short providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles.

To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting Chozen 1Z, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on its talk page. If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. Please note that this bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion; it did not nominate Chozen 1Z itself. Feel free to leave a message on the bot operator's talk page if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot. --Android Mouse Bot 2 23:51, 30 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Vitamin D (producer)[edit]

A {{prod}} template has been added to the article Vitamin D (producer), suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but the article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice explains why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may contest the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page. Also, please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. 50 Cent[edit]

Hi there, was there a reason for reverting this edit? Spellcast 17:52, 17 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Please, we're trying to keep the feuds section down. You were already told about this above by another editor. That info should go to G-Unit. Spellcast 14:05, 31 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, the Eminem article does have a "Controversies" section, but it is only a B-Grade article. Besides, that info you added is already on the G-Unit page. 50 Cent has just reached a good article so it's considered inappropriate to add all this unsourced info. There is some talk on creating a G-Unit feuds page, which you can discuss at Wikipedia_talk:WikiProject_G-Unit_Records#G-Unit_feuds. Spellcast 14:16, 31 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

July 2007[edit]

Please do not add content without citing reliable sources, as you did to 50 Cent. Before making potentially controversial edits, it is recommended that you discuss them first on the article's talk page. Thank you. Spellcast 14:28, 31 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, The Game's article has more controversy headings, but they are all sourced. Please do not add paragraphs off unsourced information otherwise it will lead to a block. There is no consensus in adding that uncited information. You were also told about this by Tayquan above and your edits were also reverted by Horologium here. Also, please read the manual of style. Please don't reinsert "The" in the heading per WP:HEAD. Thank you. Spellcast 15:08, 31 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Your recent edits[edit]

Hi, there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. On many keyboards, the tilde is entered by holding the Shift key, and pressing the key with the tilde pictured. You may also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot 21:00, 23 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

50 Cent[edit]

I had to revert your changes to 50 Cent because there's so much irrelevant (and incorrect) info:

  • The stuff on Jah the stick up kid is non-notable and off-topic.
  • The 2007 probation belongs in Wikinews.
  • In the '94 arrest, I don't think the girl he was with was his girlfriend, just someone he worked with.[1].
  • He met JMJ in '96.[2][3].
  • It was never officially confirmed he made $400 million off glaceau.

It's important for this to stay as a good article. If they review this at Wikipedia:Good article reassessment, they won't pass it if they see all this redundant info. Feel free to comment on the talk page where I've brought it up. Don't just revert without explanation. Thanks. Spellcast 18:30, 29 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Only the most reliable sources can be used. Forbes is obviously a more reliable and reputable source than a sports magazine. Also, 50 was only arrested for selling 4 vials of cocaine. They found 36 vials of crack on the girl after he sold the 4.[4] Spellcast 21:16, 30 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

WP:AFC Backlog Drive[edit]

WikiProject Articles for creation needs your help!
WikiProject Articles for creation has done a tremendous job in working at WP:AFC over the past 7½ months. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication! Together, we've made the submission process easier and more streamlined, developed tools to make the process go faster for reviewers, and cut the backlog down to a mere fraction of what it once was. Well done!

As you all are aware, however, our work is not quite yet done. The project still has 10 archive pages left to complete, which include over half a month's worth of submissions, many of which have not been completely reviewed. We need your help to finish looking over these neglected submissions so that we can finally remove the backlog notice from the page, and put an end to the more than two year old backlog that has been a thorn in our side for ages! Participants will receive an AFC Barnstar, so hurry up and help out while there's still work to be done! Make sure to sign in on the WikiProject's talk page so we know who is involved in what promises to be our final effort to complete this goal. Thank you for all your help!
- Happy editing as always, Hersfold (t/a/c) 16:29, 20 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Redirect of Bang Em Smurf[edit]

Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Bang Em Smurf, by another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Bang Em Smurf is a redirect to a non-existent page (CSD R1).

AfC news[edit]

Dear AfC participant,

  1. Msgj and Tnxman307 are organising the AfC challenge! It's a little competition to help improve some of the articles created through AfC and we are hoping that everyone will get involved. For level 1, you just need to bring a stub up to Start-class. Level 2 is improving a Start-class article to C-class. And so on. To get involved or for more information please see the competition page.
  2. Those of you who haven't reviewed an article recently might not have noticed the new process that was implemented this year. Reviewing articles is now more enjoyable than ever :) You might like to give it a try. All articles waiting for review are in Category:Pending Afc requests. (Please read the updated instructions.)
  3. Please consider adding {{AFC status}} to your userpage to keep track of the number of articles waiting for review. At the time of writing we are officially backlogged, so help is needed!
  4. There is currently a proposal to bring the Images for upload process under the umbrella of WikiProject Articles for creation. The rationale is that both processes are designed to allow unregistered users to take part more fully in Wikipedia, and partipants in each process can probably help each other.

If you no longer wish to receive messages from WikiProject Articles for creation, please remove your name from this list. Thank you.

License tagging for File:ANA Special Forces taking to local afghan.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:ANA Special Forces taking to local afghan.jpg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information; to add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.

For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 02:05, 20 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for File:ANA_Special_Forces.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:ANA_Special_Forces.jpg. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use. Suggestions on how to do so can be found here.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Do you want to opt out of receiving this notice? Melesse (talk) 04:14, 20 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

File:ANA_Special_Forces_taking_to_local_afghan.jpg[edit]

I have tagged File:ANA_Special_Forces_taking_to_local_afghan.jpg as {{no rationale}}, because it does not provide a fair use rationale. If you believe the image to be acceptable for fair use according to Wikipedia policy, please provide a rationale explaining as much, in accordance with the fair use rationale guideline, on the image description page. Some examples can be found at Wikipedia:Use rationale examples. Please also consider using {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags/Non-free. Thank you. Orphaned non-free image File:ANA Special Forces taking to local afghan.jpg[edit]

⚠

Thanks for uploading File:ANA Special Forces taking to local afghan.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

PLEASE NOTE:

  • I am a bot, and will therefore not be able to answer your questions.
  • I will remove the request for deletion if the file is used in an article once again.

important updates at Messi's page[edit]

there is important discussion about messi's page at [footbal]

the discussion about :

1-adding back the assists which have been removed ( and i think its really important ) especially most notable players have it and even less known player than messi have this statistics which is important for any striker .(remember the debate about messi vs ronalod have lots about messi makes more assists than ronaldo )

2-adding back the youth and under -23 goals because they are different statistics from senior one and u cant merge them together . since fifa themself separate them differently .

3-about the table of messi goals and if its important info or just long statistics(useless one).
