Hindu Imposition[edit]

Firstly, please consider another title for the page; the title "Hindu Imposition" reeks of an NPOV violation.

Secondly, if there really is a viable article to be had, please consider creating it either as a sandbox page in userspace (e.g. User:Skbhat/Sandbox) or through the Wikipedia:Articles for creation process, so that it can be reviewed beforehand to ensure that it's consistent with our inclusion and content rules — and then, if and when it's deemed okay, it will get moved into place. There have been far too many problems with the title so far to let the page be created directly in article space without oversight.

Thanks. Bearcat (talk) 04:28, 26 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I have reverted the quote by TS Eliot you recently added to the article. As such the lead section should just introduce and summarize the content in the article. (see Wikipedia:Lead section) The lead section in Indian philosophy starts with a historical introduction. Your quote doesn't fit in there. My suggestion is, if you have many such quotes attributable to reliable sources, consider adding a separate section after Political philosophy. Regards. I have added influence of Indian philosophy on Schopenhauer and Transcendentalists to the section you created. As for Rajiv Malhotra, it might not be the best idea to refer to his work or to add content related on U-turn theory in the article on Indian philosophy. Since his books are usually on cross-culture studies, you can refer to his books on Cross-cultural studies, Cultural bias, Cultural relativism and other similar articles. TheMandarin is the primary contributor to Rajiv Malhotra article. He might be able to help you more than me in this regard. Cheers! Correct Knowledge«৳alk» 01:24, 18 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Your draft article, Draft:History Centrism[edit]

Hello, Skbhat. It has been over six months since you last edited your WP:AFC draft article submission, entitled "History Centrism".

The page will shortly be deleted. If you plan on editing the page to address the issues raised when it was declined and resubmit it, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}} or {{db-g13}} code. Please note that Articles for Creation is not for indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you want to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by one of two methods (don't do both): 1) follow the instructions at WP:REFUND/G13, or 2) copy this code: {{subst:Refund/G13|Draft:History Centrism}}, paste it in the edit box at this link, and click "Save page". An administrator will in most cases undelete the submission.

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. JMHamo (talk) 18:43, 28 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
