Academic visibility

Your article Academic visibility is most interesting and quite important as a Wikipedia entry. However, the form it is in now is very rough and could use some cleaning up. Foremost, the lead doesn't tell us about the topic. See WP:lead. Likewise, it is very choppy and needs some copy editing. Most importantly, it needs footnotes. See WP:REF. Also, I suggest either changing the title so there is no capitalization or making a redirect link so that "Academic visibility" comes up as well as "Academic Visibility."
