Speedy deletion of Roberta Joseph Hayes[edit]

A tag has been placed on Roberta Joseph Hayes requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for biographies.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that a copy be emailed to you. Waterden (talk) 15:07, 4 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

April 2009[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, we would like to remind you not to attack other editors, as you did on Peck Park. Please comment on the contributions and not the contributors. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. See edit summary: calling me an idiot. The article needs reliable secondary sources to establish notability of the park. You may wish to read some of the links provided above to get more familiar with the guidelines, including the policy on no personal attacks. MuZemike 14:22, 19 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Editor assistance[edit]

I have requested editor assistance in regards to your removal of maintenance tags without addressing any of the issues as well as personal attacks. See Wikipedia:Editor assistance/Requests#User:TrueCrime26. Thank you, MuZemike 16:19, 19 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but your recent edit removed maintenance templates from Del Cerro Park. When removing maintenance templates, please be sure to either resolve the problem that the template refers to, or give a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, as your removal of this template has been reverted. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia, and if you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. Please do not delete maintenance templates as you did. If you are unhappy with such templates, please discuss on the article talk page - that is what is there for. Thanks. Proposed deletion of Lacy Park[edit]

The article Lacy Park has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Doesn't appear to be notable

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}} will stop the Proposed Deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The Speedy Deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and Articles for Deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
