Reasons for comparisons: Lightweight shotguns are fair analogues to single shot rifles, and relatable for people familiarized with smooth-bores. 243 Win is a common introductory to center-fire shooting for people unfamiliar. Lever action 30 30s are built on a very small frame for a very large caliber. Therefore there is less weight to absorb recoil. Additionally most rifles do not have built in recoil suppression due to there age. undo Tags: Mobile edit Mobile web edit
