To add to this the curve order has a prime factor of 2^252 and the key is also "clamped" reducing security of the elliptic curve to around 125 bits. However due note that this security reduction is minimal and takes practically just as much time as cracking a 256 bit elliptic curve with 128 bits of security.. undo Tag: Reverted
