The two claims here are that a) Cuba used T-62s in Ethiopia, and b) Ethiopia later purchased its own T-62s. Both of those should be easily verifiable with reliable sources if they are fact. Otherwise they read like original research. Ethiopia could’ve received those T-62s as free military aid from the USSR, and Cuban forces could’ve deployed with other tanks (like T-55s).
