well i'm late to the party but i also question how "common" this condition is in otherwise healthy populations? in what groups is it common? prevalence is stated to be 1%, which would make the world population approximately 70,000,000. is that an accurate figure? the section in archive 11 wasn't helpful nor was the above section.
