Deletion of Fanmail.biz

Hello. In December of 2006, an article I submitted about the autograph collecting site [1] was nominated for speedy deletion and then was deleted (by you :D). Since then, Fanmail.biz has reached 11949 members and an Alexa rank of 50,513. It has also been mentioned repeatedly in credible sources such as newspapers and other Internet sites. These seemed to be the main problems with my article.

I hate to be bitter, but it seems Wikipedia practices a double standard. As one example, there is an article on OneClick Wi-Fi, which has both a lower member count and Alexa ranking than Fanmail.biz It has not been nominated for speedy deletion (which I felt was far too drastic of an action for my article in the first place).

Is there a reason my article was nominated for speedy deletion and so many others were not? Would it be alright to resubmit my article? Thanks. Lutherjw (talk) 19:22, 1 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Reminding about pages that need to be unprotected

The Working Man's Barnstar
For performing the thankless task of reminding admins about protected pages, I award you the working man's barnstar. Aldrich Hanssen (talk) 19:33, 6 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

CSCWEM's indefinite semi-prot's

Do you have a list of his indefinite semi-prots? It really should be brought to the WP:AN, especially in light of his recent loss of priveledges. –xeno (talk) 19:48, 6 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

What about a mass unprotection and let RFPP sort it out? That's why I think an AN to determine the best course of action would be ideal. –xeno (talk) 19:57, 6 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
