Bulimulinae is a taxonomic subfamily of medium-sized to large, air-breathing, tropical and sub-tropical land snails, terrestrial pulmonate gastropod molluscs in the family Orthalicidae (according to taxonomy of the Gastropoda (Bouchet & Rocroi, 2005)).
Anatomy
In this subfamily, the number of haploid chromosomes varies from 26 to 30 (according to the values in this table).[2]
