Showbiz Tonight is an American entertainment news program on HLN (formerly CNN Headline News).

Showbiz Tonight is hosted by A.J. Hammer in New York and co-hosted by Brooke Anderson in Hollywood. The show reports and debates celebrity entertainment news stories and controversies. The show also engages viewers and includes their opinions through Facebook, Twitter, e-mail, and its exclusive "Showbiz On-Call" phone lines. Showbiz Tonight features revealing, provocative interviews with the world’s biggest stars and celebrity newsmakers and airs seven nights a week at 5 p.m. ET/PT with encore presentations at 11 p.m. and 2 a.m. ET/PT. Unlike HLN's other evening programs, the previous edition of Showbiz Tonight is replayed the following weekday morning at 11 a.m. ET/PT, bookended by the channel's rolling news block.

On March 29, 2010 the show moved its live telecast to 5 p.m. ET, with the 11 p.m. airing becoming a rebroadcast of the earlier telecast.

Hosts

Hosted by A.J. Hammer in New York City and co-hosted by Brooke Anderson in Hollywood, the program was also hosted by Karyn Bryant when it originally aired on February 20, 2005. During the duration of the program, hosting changed with Bryant leaving the show at the end of 2005 and Hammer took on primary hosting duties with correspondents filling in as co-hosts. Brooke Anderson became an official co-host in 2009.
