The film starring the Geneila alongside Ramcharan will tell the story of a young Indian student who has settled in Melbourne and falls in love, and the twists and turns that accompany relationships. orange will be filmed at a number of Melbourne locations, including South bank, the Australian Centre for Contemporary Art, the West Gate Bridge and Docklands.

The music, scored by Harris Jayaraj, was launched and released October 26.[3] Promos of the songs was released on Raaga.com.[4] The album was received well and described as delightful by several critics. In one of the TV commercials, playing the song "Orange," Ram Charan does a pose that is shown on the posters, album and DVD/Blu-Ray covers of Michael Jackson's This Is It.
