Hi,

Re NPT, I think the only part I copied were the piped links. Hope I'm not disrupting things. Let me know if I am. MathewTownsend (talk) 19:58, 3 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I'm not sure I need to get to work on it, now. ResMar 20:05, 3 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

moin Resident Mario, thanks for the copyedits :o). i made some corrections in relation to the content, because neither the board itself published or is in charge off the candidatures and their statements nor are the chapter-selections and board-appointments elections in the full sense of the term. i'm grateful for the hint and clarified the different phases for the selections in an additional last paragraph. please take a look and i would love another headline is well. you are right that the old one isn't very helpful, best regards --Jan eissfeldt (talk) 13:19, 4 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Checking in

Hullo, fyi I've left a comment at the Op desk about the politics proposal; Seth's followup comment is quite on point. I wonder if you might take a look there, and perhaps share your thoughts on the discussions in the newsroom, specifically on what will be covered in NAN this week (and in what order; our lead stories). Cheers, Skomorokh 16:06, 10 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I'm working on NAN as we speak. ResMar 16:08, 10 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Advocacy

R u still looking for something on this? I could put something together tomorrow for tomorrow suppertime.--Brian Dell (talk) 19:19, 10 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Yeah, it would be great. I need to find someone else for the other side though, I doubt Okeyes will come through...ResMar 21:48, 10 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
See WP:OPDESK#Is Wikipedia inherently political?. ResMar 21:49, 10 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Given the fact the other party or parties weren't ready or willing to go immediately I'll try and develop something but without a deadline concern so you just have it "on the shelf" to be used some time in the future if you desire. If I don't have something by this next Sunday though I probably won't get around to it. Even if nothing comes of this little project think you've got a good concept here.--Brian Dell (talk) 17:24, 12 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Yeah it's a good little philosophical tidbit. I'll just have to bother some other people for the other argument, I guess. ResMar 01:37, 13 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
This wasn't at the top of my "to do" list so it didn't end up happening this week. There may, in the future, be some sort of catalyst for looking at the issue again in which case it may be worth revisiting.--Brian Dell (talk) 03:18, 19 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Mount Meager

Perhaps we should nominate it again. Volcanoguy 04:52, 14 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

New submission in the "News and notes"

Hello, excuse me for submitting this news so late. I was overwhelmed with lots of related on-wiki and off-wiki work. Hope it will be included. :) Spiritia 18:27, 19 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

It's all good =) ResMar 03:38, 20 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Tlogmer

More information about Tlogmer's death can be found here. It was a vehicle/pedestrian accident. davidwr/(talk)/(contribs)/(e-mail) 22:41, 19 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

How unfortunate. Wondering what he was doing crossing a highway though. ResMar 03:37, 20 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Your GAN Sangay

Hi, I've started a review of your nomination and made a few comments at Talk:Sangay/GA1. I'm finding the article a little difficult to understand, the material is so densely presented. But I'll work on it! (I did reword the lede some, hopefully ok. Revert what you don't like.) Regards, MathewTownsend (talk) 00:53, 30 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Since you have not addressed the problems noted, I'm regretfully failing the article. Best wishes, MathewTownsend (talk) 20:10, 11 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hey - finally got back there (a month later), and to Wikipedia:Peer review/Hawaii hotspot/archive2, but I am pretty much done / satisfied. Nice work! Awickert (talk) 23:22, 7 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Haha, I've really slowed down around here lately. Will try to dedicate more time to 'pedia in the near future. ResMar 02:10, 8 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Trust me, I hear ya - Awickert (talk) 03:55, 9 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hi

I believe that you have created/designed userpages of other users? Am I right? ~ ⇒TomTomN00 @ 20:06, 10 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Could you do one for me? ~ ⇒TomTomN00 @ 09:42, 11 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hey ResMar. It looks like we're going to have a shortfall on N&N this week – in short, I'm handling E-in-C duties this week, but I'm not going to have the time to provide the "the buck stops with me" approach to N&N that most E-in-Cs do. As a regular N&Nee I would be much obliged if you could take on the specific responsibility this week of actually getting it written and in a publishable state. Does that sound okay? I'm very keen on publishing in about 28 hours' time. Regards, - Jarry1250 [Deliberation needed] 16:02, 15 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hello!

I noticed that you have created userpages for people in the past. When you have some extra time, would you be willing to redesign mine? My only two requests is no pink and keep the userboxes if possible. Timeweaver (talk) 00:16, 22 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I Am In Great Need Of Assistance To Create A Page On Wikipedia For Robert Thomas Jr. Famed Jazz Percussionist

Greetings, I am in great need of assistance in creating a page for percussionist Robert Thomas Jr. formerly with the musical groups Weather Report, Weather Update, Zawinul Syndicate, Jaco Pastorius and many more. I am so old school computer illiterate that I do not have the computer skills to create the page for Robert. I understand that certain Wikipedia Community Members might be willing to create the page for people like myself who are not able to do it themselves. Please advise. I would so greatly appreciate the assistance.AgencyNouveau (talk) 17:45, 9 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Thank You,

GAN review of Dwarf Fortress

It's now up at Talk:Dwarf Fortress/GA1. I haven't checked the prose at this point due to other issues cited there. I currently have the article on hold for one week for improvements. --Teancum (talk) 14:14, 13 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
