Thạnh Hóa is a rural district (huyện) of Long An province in the Mekong River Delta region of Vietnam.
Divisions
The district is divided into communes: Thạnh Hóa (urban), Thủy Đông, Thủy Tây, Tân Đông, Tân Tây, Thạnh Phước, Thạnh Phú, Thuận Nghĩa Hòa, Thuận Bình, Thạnh An, Tân Hiệp.
As of 2003 the district had a population of 52,691.[1] The district covers an area of 455 km². The district capital lies at Thanh Hoa.[1]
