Anitha Shaiq (born 27 May 1984), often credited as Anitha.S or simply Anitha is a South Indian play back singer and a music composer from Kerala. She performs Indian classical, Gazal, folk and pop numbers. She performed in Malayalam, Kannada, Hindi and Tamil so far. In her three years in the Malayalam film Industry,she has recorded more than 40 film songs and several stage shows and live Gazal concerts. She is a recipient of Jessy Award, Lions Club Musical Award and nominated for the “Best Singer" in the Asianet film Awards.
