Airbus Defence & Space is a division of Airbus Group responsible for defense and aerospace products and services. Airbus Defence & Space was formed from the former EADS divisions Airbus Military, Astrium, and Cassidian.[1]
History
On July 31, 2013, EADS announced a change of name to the Airbus Group. Astrium, Cassidian, and Airbus Military wpuld be merged to form Airbus Defence & Space.[2]
