The Constitution Party of Oklahoma is a member of the Oklahomans for Ballot Access Reform Coalition (OBAR) and is an affiliate party of the national Constitution Party. The party supports strict adherence to the Declaration of Independence, the U.S. Constitution, and the Oklahoma Constitution. The party takes a conservative stances on social and fiscal issues.
