Lull Ventures, LLC is a privately held American e-commerce mattress retailer, headquarted in Santa Barbara, California. Mattresses are manufactured in North Carolina, California, and Illinois. Lull designs, manufactures, and sells luxury foam-based mattresses to consumers exclusively online. [1][2][3]

History

2015: The Lull Mattress

Lull was established on April 1st, 2015 by Sven Klein and Matt Walker.[4] Lull’s mission is to provide an alternative to the traditional mattress buying experience and traditional mattress brands (Serta, Tempur-Pedic, Simmons), which are typically purchased in a brick and mortar retail or wholesale location.[5]

On October 21, 2015, Lull began selling their mattresses on their website, Lull.com.[6]

Product

The Lull Mattress

Lull sources all of its materials and manufactures exclusively in the United States.[7] The Lull Mattress consists of 4 types of foam in 3 layers: 100% Certi-PUR foam, specifically gel-infused viscoelastic memory foam, proprietary conventional foam and polyurethane foam.[8][9] Lull currently manufactures and sells one style of mattress in 6 different sizes (Twin, Twin XL, Full, Queen, King and California King). [10]

Logistics

Online Purchasing & Delivery

Lull Mattress is only sold on the Lull website and Amazon Marketplace. [11][12] As an alternative to purchasing a mattress at a brick and mortar retail location, Lull offers free delivery to the consumer’s home. [13] Each Lull mattress is compressed and roll packed (using C3 technology) into a 21” x 20” x 42” box for delivery. [14][15] All mattresses come with a 100 night return policy. [16]
