Muthoot Pappachan Group (MPG), founded in 1887, is an Indian business house headquartered in Kochi, Kerala, India. It encompasses several businesses, including financial services, automotive dealerships, hospitality, real estate, entertainment, and health services.

Muthoot Capital Services is listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange and offers loans for the purchase of vehicles. The company is licensed by RBI to accept deposits and offers deposit products. MCSL is active in retail financing and works with borrowers in rural and semi-urban areas. The company offers two wheeler and three wheeler loans and services more than 1,300 dealerships in seven states, with Hero and Honda contributing 80% of the total business.[1]

Muthoot Housing Finance Company Ltd caters mainly to the housing finance requirements of customers in the middle and lower income category.[2]

Muthoot MahilaMitra is a micro-finance offering that focuses on empowering women through financial literacy training.[3]

Muthoot Gold Point in Coimbatore buys scrap, old and used gold items directly from end customers.[4]

Muthoot Risk Insurance and Broking Services Pvt. Ltd offers various forms of insurance.[5]

Muthoot Pappachan Technologies (P) Ltd. provides IT support to the group's companies.[6]

The Automotive division sells cars across Calicut, Ernakulam, Kollam and Trivandrum districts.[7]

The group has a hospitality division that owns hotels and provides catering services to airlines.[8][9][10]

In 2014 the group began sponsoring the Kerala Blasters FC football club.[11]

Kerala Blasters FC

On 29 September 2014, Muthoot Pappachan Group attained the title sponsorship of Kerala Blasters FC.[12] The club is retained by Sachin Tendulkar.

Kabali

Muthoot Fincorp is a merchandising partner of the 2016 film Kabali.[13] The company released coins embossed with the image of Rajnikanth for the release of the film.[14]
