Bilal Abbas Khan is a Pakistani actor. He won critical recognition for his role as Qasim in the 2017-2018 Hum TV drama O Rangreza[1]. He is now the heartthrob of Pakistani Media Industry and was recently chosen as the best actor of 2018 for giving a mind blowing performance as Taimoor in Balaa[2]. His act as the antagonist in Cheekh has been very well received.

Early life

Khan was born on 4th June, 1993 in Karachi, Pakistan. He got his early education from Lawrence School and did his BA in marketing from SZABIST, Karachi.[3]

Family

Bilal has one older brother, one elder sister and a younger brother [4]. His father served as DSP Karachi and his mom is a fashion designer.

Acting career

Having formally studied acting at NAPA, and getting inspiration from Viola Spolin's improvisational techniques in the field, after many stage plays he began his TV career with a supporting role in Hum TV's Saya-e-Dewar Bhi Nahi in 2016.[5] He stated in an interview that he is inspired by Ranveer Singh, Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Rajkumar Rao.
