By acquiring STAX, a Japanese company specializing in design and manufacturing electro-static headphones, in 2012 and investing in Audeze LLC, a US-based company specializing in designing and manufacturing planar-magnetic headphones, Edifier exponentially advanced its headphone quality and technology.
