WikiProject icon Townships of Myanmar is within the scope of WikiProject Myanmar, a project to improve all Myanmar related articles on Wikipedia. The WikiProject is also a part of the Counteracting systemic bias group on Wikipedia aiming to provide a wider and more detailed coverage on countries and areas of the encyclopedia which are notably less developed than the rest. If you would like to help improve this and other Myanmar-related articles, please join the project. All interested editors are welcome.
StartThis article has been rated as Start-class on Wikipedia's content assessment scale.
HighThis article has been rated as High-importance on the project's importance scale.
To-do list:

Here are some tasks awaiting attention:

Magway Division

I fixed the two districts in the /* Magway Division */ section that incorrectly pointed to districts in Rakhine State. The original article accidentally included Kyaukpyu District and Thandwe District under Magway Division instead of Thayet District and Pakokku District. See "Second-Order Administrative Divisions: Magway" Annex C, page 10, of "An Introduction to the Toponymy of Burma" The Permanent Committee on Geographical Names (UK). --Bejnar (talk) 01:50, 11 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Merger

Why the merge tag? Myanmar and Burma are the same and there are no separate articles, therefore a merge doesn't actually make sense.FoCuSandLeArN (talk) 22:42, 27 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
