EnterpriseAlumni is a US-based multinational software corporation that makes enterprise software to manage corporate Alumni & Retirees of large organizations. The company was co-founded[1] in 2016 by Emma Sinclair and James Sinclair.[2]

In 2021 an investor group led by co-founder Emma Sinclair, Mike Ettling, CEO of Unit4, Andre De Haas, Partner at Backed VC and John Botts, terminated Mr Sinclair as CEO, replacing him with Emma Sinclair and her fiancé Owen Geddes as COO. The company and individuals are now party to litigation[3][4].

History

SAP aimed to launch a formal Alumni Network in 2016 in an effort to drive recruitment of Gen Z employees,[5] in late 2015 SAP asked custom enterprise software developer EnterpriseJungle to develop the platform atop SAP's custom PaaS "SAP Cloud Platform" and it was launched by SAP CEO Bill McDermott in a press release.[6]

In 2017 EnterpriseJungle rebranded as EnterpriseAlumni and came to market with existing SAP customers Lufthansa[7] and Bechtel[8]

Competitors

EnterpriseAlumni competitors include Avature, Salesforce, alumniEX, and ServiceNow's Alumni Service Center.[9]
