Our Lady of Jazłowiec is an iconic representation in Carrara marble of Mary, mother of Jesus, commissioned in 1883 in Rome for the convent of the Sisters of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary originally enshrined in Yazlovets, Ukraine.

The venerated image was transferred to Poland in 1946 and a replica copy was enshrined in Yazlovets, Ukraine in 1992.^[1] The neoclassical carving by Tomasz Oskar Sosnowski, is 170cm high on a plinth 24 centimeters wide.

In 1883, the statue was blessed by Archbishop Zygmunt Szczęsny Feliński.
In 1919, the 14th Jazlowiec Uhlan Regiment declared the image to be their Hetman.^[2]
On 9 July 1939, Pope Pius XII granted the statue a Pontifical decree of Canonical coronation via Cardinal August Hlond who executed the rite.
In May 1946, the statue and its religious order transferred to Szymanów, Poland.
In 1992, a replica copy of the original was enshrined in Yazlovets, Ukraine. ^[3]
