ChatBot is one of the major platforms for creating chatbots and integrating them with apps and services. The parent company of ChatBot is LiveChat. It made its services free of charge for all Ukraine related businesses when Russia invaded Ukraine in February 2022.
ChatBot in its current form was launched on February 21, 2018.[1]
In March 2018, BotEngine was released from beta version.[2]

ChatBot constructs bots using integration with a range of tools including Facebook Messenger, LiveChat, Skype, KiK, Slack, Twitter and YouTube.[5][6][7]
In 2020, the number of ChatBot clients reached 1000, including[8] UEFA, Unilever, HTC, Kayak, Danone, Moody’s, GM.[9][10]
