User:Givex

Having been contacted as part of my cabal work on behalf of User:Givex about their banning, I was wondering if you could explain your actions a little further. From what is available as evidence, I can see that the user, who readily accept the fact that they are an employee of the company, have done very little.

I realise that the concept of a company getting an employee to write an article might be politically unacceptable to some, but we must keep an open mind and assume good faith.

The company wrote an email asking for my assisstance and I quote:

We definitely do not want to be banned. We respect NPOV but as we just started the project, we may not have a very clear idea on how we can make a submission that meets NPOV requirements. If you could give me more info or even proof read before we post it on the site, that would be very helpful.

If there is something that I have missed, or some wrongdoing happened that I am unaware of, please inform me. Hopefully we can sort this out and quickly.

Wikimedia Commons for uploads

Hi Bumm, would you please consider using Wikimedia Commons for all your future uploads you have created yourself? That way all your images can be used in all other projects of the Wikimedia Foundation, instead of what I see currently happening, them being copied all over the place. Another tip I can give you: look into using commons:Commons:Tools/Commonist, which is a Java based tool to do mass uploads. It looks like you can use such a tool :-) Siebrand 10:58, 16 February 2007 (UTC)

Regarding your undoing of deletion of Daniel Brandt

Hi there. I accidentally undid you restoration of the article on Daniel Brandt, since the only edit visible was by an IP I figured the IP had recreated it.
