Omissions on Awards

I was awarded the Defense Superior Service Medal at my retirement ceremony on 11 Sept 2014. Also, I received the Department of Defense Medal for Distinguished Public Service from SEDEF Esper on my departure in Dec 2019. I have photos of the documents if you need them.
